This is a hard one. All of us suffer from it at some point, or at a lot of points, oh hell, all the time even. Self-doubt. Conquering that inner demon. Following your dreams. Wanting to go into another field, but not knowing where to start, or worrying that your art won’t compete with those more seasoned. Thing is, the only way we get anywhere is to try. You have to learn to be ok with putting yourself out there and taking chances. And it’s not easy. We all struggle with it. I have my own personal struggle with writing, and it’s one I battle all the time. Writing this blog has been very helpful. It’s no original novel but it’s pushing me to be a better writer and I think it’s always good to challenge yourself.
