Over the years, I’ve had the experience of working on a number of TV series productions, as well as commercials and short films. The bigger the production, the bigger the team, and consequently, the more valuable the teamwork is in completing a high quality product. Producers and directors often strive to put together a team of excellent collaborators, who can critique and push one another to do their absolute best. Not only are these people usually super-talented, but also they are often reliable, responsible, hard-working individuals who can be counted on to deliver work of amazing quality, on time and on budget.
