Last July, I was part of a small production team that developed a flash online boxing game.  The game was made for Warner Brothers and Mochi Media, in association with DC Comics, as a promotional brand extension for Warner Brothers Animation's hit animated series Batman: The Brave and the Bold.

I finally got around to seeing Fantastic Mr. Fox.  What an amazing film!!  It’s one of those surprise films that takes you on a wonderful ride through another world – the world of Mr. Fox and his family.   Directed by Wes Anderson, it’s based on the children’s book that I never read.  Or if I did, I don’t remember it.   Mr. Fox is a sly fox that makes his living stealing chickens everyday.

A few weeks ago, I attended the Ottawa International Animation Festival in Canada.  The next five days were a blur of activity, from screenings of shorts and features, to seminars, lectures, and workshops.  It is a wonderful festival that allows one to meet many talented artists and animation professionals, and will certainly provide you with tons of inspiration. During the festival, I was able to view a few features that haven’t received much play here in the US.  Here are my thoughts on those.
